50% of the total rental fees should be paid ( by cheque or credit card), at the time when reservations are confirmed. The additional 50%, as well as a security deposit, should be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival at the property. The security deposit will be returned , immediately after departure, if no damages are incurred.
No smoking is allowed inside the houses at any location..
